Important Price Information
Please be aware of the following price adjustments that apply to most UK mobile contracts:
- Annual Airtime Price Increase: The monthly price of Airtime Plans will increase by £1.80 each April from April 2025
- Out of Bundle Charges: Charges for usage outside your allowance will increase by 5% from 1 April annually
4.1 Pricing Display
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current rate (20%)
- Prices shown are introductory rates and are subject to annual increases as detailed above
- The total cost over your contract term will include these scheduled increases
- We always endeavour to display accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur
4.2 Upfront Costs
- Some deals require an upfront payment at the point of order
- "Zero upfront" deals may be subject to credit approval
- Upfront costs are clearly displayed before you commit to any deal
4.3 Monthly Payments
- Monthly payments are made directly to the network provider
- Payment dates and methods are determined by your network provider
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension and impact your credit score
Understanding Your Total Cost
When comparing deals, always consider the total cost over the contract term, including:
- Upfront device cost
- Monthly payments × contract length
- Annual price increases (£1.80/month from April 2025)
- Any out-of-bundle charges you might incur
5. Contracts & Credit Checks
5.1 Contract Terms
- Standard Contract Length: Most pay monthly contracts are 24 months unless otherwise stated
- SIM-Only Contracts: Typically available in 12-month or 24-month terms, with some 30-day options
- Early Termination: Ending your contract early may result in early termination fees equivalent to remaining monthly payments
- Contract Terms: Final contract terms and conditions are provided by and agreed with the network provider
5.2 Credit Checks
Credit Check Information
All pay monthly deals are subject to credit approval. When you apply for a contract:
- A credit check will be performed by the network provider
- This may leave a footprint on your credit file
- Multiple credit checks in a short period may affect your credit score
- Approval is at the sole discretion of the network provider
- We cannot guarantee approval of any application
5.3 Declined Applications
If your application is declined:
- The network provider will inform you of the decision
- We may be able to suggest alternative options
- SIM-only or PAYG options may be available without credit checks
- You may appeal directly to the network provider
6. Network Coverage & Service
6.1 Coverage Disclaimer
Network coverage varies significantly by location. While UK networks claim high population coverage:
- Actual signal strength depends on your specific location
- Building materials, terrain, and weather can affect coverage
- Indoor coverage may differ from outdoor coverage
- We recommend checking network coverage maps before committing
6.2 5G Availability
5G Coverage Notice
5G connectivity is only available in certain areas and requires:
- A 5G-capable device
- A plan that includes 5G access
- Being within a 5G coverage area
5G coverage is expanding but may not be available in your area. Check with the network provider before purchasing if 5G is important to you.
6.3 Roaming
- EU roaming is typically included but may be subject to fair use limits
- Roaming outside the EU will incur additional charges
- Fair use policies vary by network and plan
- Always check roaming policies before travelling abroad
6.4 Fair Usage Policy
"Unlimited" data plans may be subject to fair usage policies:
